Hopper Level Indicator provides control signals for many different liquid level sensor applications. Any of our vertical float switches can easily be mounted in the top or bottom of a tank as a high or low-level float switch. These have a polypropylene stem and a polypropylene float. These switches are designed for fluid level sensing for a wide variety of fluids and conditions.

- Electronics of LSV excites the piezo-electric-crystals inside tuning fork, which makes the fork tines vibrate at their natural resonance frequency in free air.
- Amplitudes of vibration are above threshold when times are free to vibrate.
- When material touches fork tines, the vibration stops as resonance gets disturbed.
- Amplitudes of vibration, as seen by electronics falls below the threshold strength, material presence is thus detected.

Working Principle:
- Conductivity level limit switches are static rendered furnished devices with no moving parts.
- A low voltage sine-wave is provided into the liquid using a reference rod (or electrode).
- The electronics continuously scans the sensing rod (or electrode) for the presence of a sine-wave signal on it.
- As soon as liquid bridges the two electrodes, the signal appears on sense electrode.
- The device gives the switching output by analyzing the received signal at sense electrode.
